I'm a certified professional coach, with 20 years experience supporting the development of leaders within academia, nonprofits, and government. Along my journey to champion changemakers, I have witnessed and experienced the transformative power of having a skilled and compassionate guide to navigate the inevitable challenges that arise along the way.

With a background as a coral reef fish ecologist, nonprofit leader, and now the director of an interdisciplinary graduate program, I am passionate about serving others and the world. Coaching is a powerful way to spark the inner transformation that fuels transformative change in the world. I support mission-driven professionals to unlock more of their capacity to lead and live with greater ease, flow, and joy.
